    Cultural & Historical Highlights: Your journey begins in Tirana and northern Albania, exploring historic towns like Krujë and Shkodër, with visits to castles, bazaars, and charming old streets.

Tour Overview

Your journey begins with arrival at Tirana Airport, followed by exploration of the vibrant capital. On Day 2, discover the historic charm of Krujë and the cultural richness of Shkodër, including its iconic castle and old town. Day 3 offers a scenic boat trip on Komani Lake, often likened to a fjord, surrounded by dramatic mountains and pristine nature. On Day 4, travel to Berat, the UNESCO-listed “City of a Thousand Windows,” with visits to its castle and the Onufri Museum. Days 5 and 6 take you south to Gjirokastër, a UNESCO “City of Stone,” explore the enchanting Blue Eye, panoramic views from Lëkurësi Castle, and the ancient wonders of Butrint Archaeological Park. The tour concludes with a return to Tirana for a traditional Albanian dinner with folklore show, followed by departure from Rinas Airport on Day 8.

Tour Plan

 Arrival at Tirana Airport. Meet & Greet with local TL.
 Check in hotel and rest 2hrs. 
A walking tour of Tirana where we visit BUNKART2 museum, but sightsee the National Museum, Ethem Beu Mosque, Pyramid, Skanderbeg Square, Toptani Castle.
 Going out for dinner at live music restaurant.
Overnight in Tirana.

After breakfast and check-out, depart toward Shkodër.
Krujë stop,short visit (45 min–1 h) to the historic Old Bazaar of Krujë, with free time to explore. Optional visit to Krujë Castle.
Stop for lunch at  Mrizi i Zanave Agrifarm , guided visit of the farm, followed by a farm-to-table lunch featuring fresh, local products only.
Venetian Art Mask Factory, guided tour of the atelier and time to visit the shop.
Check-in and dinner at hotel.

Koman Lake is one of Albania’s most breathtaking natural wonders, often compared to a fjord, with steep mountains rising dramatically from emerald-green waters.
The boat journey offers peaceful scenery, untouched nature, and unforgettable photo opportunities at every turn, and this is where your day will be spent today.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure at 08:00am.

08:00–10:00 Transfer from Shkodër to Koman Lake Pier
10:00–12:00 Scenic boat ride on Koman Lake, with photo stops along the route
12:00–14:00 Lunch at 5 Stinët Restaurant (fixed menu; drinks and water to be paid in cash on the spot)
14:00–15:00 Boat ride back to Koman Pier
15:00–16:30 Return transfer to Shkodër

Transfer back to the hotel
Dinner at a traditional grill restaurant
Overnight in Shkodër.


After breakfast and check-out, depart for Berat on a scenic drive of approximately 3 hours.

Upon arrival, enjoy a wine tasting at Pupa Winery (or similar), followed by a photo stop near Gorica Bridge, offering beautiful views of the Mangalem quarter.
Continue with a guided city tour of Berat, the UNESCO-listed “City of a Thousand and One Windows,” including visits to Onufri Museum and Berat Castle (Kalaja).
Hotel check-in and free time.
Overnight in Berat.

After breakfast and check-out, depart toward Gjirokastër, the UNESCO-listed “City of Stone,” celebrated for its Ottoman-era architecture and timeless atmosphere.
Upon arrival, visit the impressive Gjirokastër Castle, stroll through the cobblestone streets of the historic old town, and explore the Cold War Tunnel Museum, a striking reminder of Albania’s communist past.
Check in at the hotel.
Dinner at a traditional inn, enjoying the rich local cuisine for which the city is renowned.
Overnight in Gjirokastër.

Enjoy a full-day excursion from Gjirokastër to explore some of southern Albania’s highlights.
Visit the enchanting Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër), a natural spring of crystal-clear, deep-blue water surrounded by lush greenery.
Stop at Lëkurësi Castle viewpoint, offering panoramic views over Saranda, the Ionian Sea, and Corfu—perfect for photos.
Continue to a local restaurant for lunch.
After lunch, explore the Butrint Archaeological Park with a guided tour, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing layers of Greek, Roman, Byzantine, and Venetian history set within a serene lagoon landscape.
Return to Gjirokastër for dinner at a local restaurant or free time at leisure.
Transfer to the hotel and overnight in Gjirokastër.

After breakfast and check-out, depart for Tirana along the stunning Albanian Riviera, with the coastal road offering breathtaking sea views to awaken your senses. Stop at Llogara National Park for a light brunch amidst its fresh mountain air and panoramic landscapes.
Continue to Ardenica Monastery, a serene 13th-century Byzantine site adorned with remarkable frescoes, followed by a visit to Apolonia Archaeological Park, where ancient Greek and Roman ruins whisper stories of a once-thriving city.
Later on a lunch stop. 
 Upon arrival in Tirana, check in at Opera Hotel (or similar) with free time to rest and refresh.
At 20:00pm, get ready for a spectacular evening: traditional Albanian dinner with live folklore show, featuring vibrant music, skilled dancers, and an unforgettable cultural celebration,an electrifying finale to your journey.
Overnight in Tirana.

After breakfast,  3hrs prior transfer to the airport.
